Thanks to the symbiosis of both technologies, we can offer you the perfect solution for complex and exact dental work, such as the telescopic technique or occlusally directly screw-retained work. This combination makes it possible to achieve exceptional results even in areas where milling or laser melting alone would reach their limits.
Precision and design flexibility in harmony
In HYBRID production, the component is first built up using the LaserMelting process in order to utilize its full design freedom. Subsequently, post-processing is carried out on our high-precision CNC milling machines at the points relevant to the fit. This guarantees a very good fit and a highly functional surface quality of the post-milled areas. In addition, the rougher LaserMelting surfaces of the non-milled areas are ideal for veneering with polymers.
HYBRID PRODUCTION
With the CADdent hybrid technique, we offer you an advanced solution which demonstrates its strengths particularly in demanding applications such as secondary telescopics, implant bars and bridges. We have significantly developed the hybrid technique with the experience of our experts so that CADdent can realize circumferential vestibular surfaces of only 0.4 to 0.5 mm. This results in unprecedented accuracy and functionality.
It is particularly noteworthy that we are the only company in Germany able to use this technique for titanium - a material characterized by its special biocompatibility and resistance. This material is in particularly high demand in implant technology or for allergy patients. This means that telescopics or All-on-4s can now be made from titanium using hybrid technology for the first time.
