Welcome aboard: Four new talents join the CADdent team!

It is always exciting when we welcome new members in our CADdent family. This year, we have four great talents starting their training with us. Let's learn more about our new colleagues!

Lara - Our aspiring dental technician

At the age of 25, Lara, our new face in the lab, has decided to train as a dental technician. Why? Because she would like to put her talent for craftsmanship - especially her precision - at the service of dental technology. Who would have thought that model making, one of her hobbies which she enjoys with her boyfriend, would play such a positive role in her career choice?

During her research, Lara first came across goldsmith artisanry. But thanks to advice from the Federal Employment Agency, which pointed out the promising prospects as a dental technician, she found the perfect path for her. Not only can she work with different materials here, but she can also demonstrate her fine craftsmanship skills.

During her trial work, she loved the atmosphere at CADdent, and we are happy that she chose us! She expects her apprenticeship to give her the opportunity to dive deep into the material, and she is looking forward to getting to know not only the lab, but also the areas of digital dental technology - such as design - in more detail.

Maxi - The programming enthusiast

Maxi, 22 years young and full of enthusiasm, discovered his passion for IT already in the 9th grade. In a half-year course called "wemakeit" he assembled a small weather station and later programmed it with Java. This experience inspired him so much that he knew: This is it!

With great future prospects in the field of IT in mind, he decided to train as an IT specialist for application development. Maxi was quickly convinced by CADdent, as he was very impressed by the fact that our company has developed its own software "QuickDent". And the best part: we use his favorite programming languages C# and Python!

Bilal - Our future office management assistant

We are also getting reinforcements in the administrative area. Bilal, our youngest apprentice with his 16 years, will get familiar with the organizational structures of our company as an apprentice for office management in the coming months and support our teams with his organizational skills. With his start, he will certainly contribute to the smooth running of all processes at CADdent.

Faruk - Our further IT newcomer

In addition to Maxi, we welcome Faruk (38 years old), another apprentice in the field of IT specialist for application development. With an ever-growing IT sector, it is essential to have dedicated and talented people on board to shape the digital future with us. We are excited about the fresh ideas and perspectives he will bring to the team!

Herzlich Willkommen Azubis

A common start

Whether in the lab, in IT or in the office - all of our new recruits have one thing in common: the decision to start their training at CADdent. We are proud and excited to have such motivated and talented trainees in our ranks and look forward to accompanying them on their training journey. Welcome to the team, you four!
