From receipt of your data set to delivery:

Insights into the LaserMelting manufacturing process at CADdent

At CADdent, we stand for a combination of proven experience, advanced technology and a deep passion for quality. Every order we receive goes through a carefully coordinated process which ensures that the end result - whether the delivery is polished, ground or sandblasted - not only meets our high standards, but also exceeds our customers' expectations.

1. Inspection of your data set:

During the spot check of your data set by our qualified team, we pay particular attention to aspects such as the wall thickness, the quality of the scans, the accuracy of the CAD models, the calibration of our machines and the correct setting of supports. This first stage is crucial to ensure the quality and precision of the final result. Faulty data files are identified and optimized to ensure the functionality and durability of the products.

2. Alignment of the data set:

Using state-of-the-art software, we align your data set precisely and position it on the building plate. This also involves setting the supports, which are crucial for stability during the LaserMelting manufacturing process. This step is a testament to our innovative approach to traditional practices.

3. Transfer to production:

This is where the real magic begins. Our advanced production equipment receives your data and starts the manufacturing process.

4. Orders are manufactured:

Each order is manufactured with the utmost care and in accordance with strict quality standards. Our experienced technicians oversee this step to ensure consistency and quality.

5. Annealing of the building plate:

This step is used to relax the components and is crucial to achieving the specific material properties, while ensuring stability even in an unannealed state. Our modern heat treatment method ensures that every part meets the highest requirements.

6. Separating the components:

The components are separated from the building plate with precision and finesse. This process requires both experience and a keen sense of materials.

7. Sorting the components:

Each part is carefully sorted and assigned to the appropriate orders, allowing for efficient allocation, especially when there are multiple products. This demonstrates our attention to detail and our commitment to customized service.

8. Cutting off the supports:

Due to the manufacturing process, the supports set in the second step are unavoidable, but they must be removed before further processing. At CADdent, we do this in order to provide our customers with finished components of optimum quality without them having to do it themselves. At the customer's request, the frameworks can also be supplied with supports with a discount price.

9. Components are sandblasted, ground and polished:

Depending on customer requirements, each part is processed to improve the surface quality. Although LaserMelting technology does not allow for flawless surfaces, we strive to optimize the quality and appearance of each part through polishing, grinding and sandblasting.

10. Final inspection of the component:

No part leaves our premises without a thorough quality check. We focus on transparency and trust by ensuring that every product meets our strict standards.

11. Packing the order:

Every order is carefully packed in our reusable shipping boxes to ensure safe transportation. This is part of our commitment to sustainability and quality preservation until delivery.

12. Dispatch of the order:

With the same care we put into every step of the process, your order is shipped to you.

At CADdent, we are committed not only to quality and innovation, but also to a deep, emotional connection with every project. Every step in our process reflects our commitment to excellence and our partnership approach. We are proud to be part of your journey and look forward to continuing to provide you with services which both inspire and impress.
